COMPANY HISTORY
Francia DIgital Marketing was founded upon the passion of one man to help small to medium businesses create success online. Ben Francia has been approached time and time again by several organizations to help them with their online marketing campaigns.
Eventually he took in more and more clients for digital marketing consultancy, training services and occasional outsourcing work. Ben saw that outsourcing needs were only growing and, as a response, he eventually formed Francia Digital Marketing to address them.
Through years of both academic and self-taught experience in the field of digital marketing, Ben Francia and company have managed to help both local and international organizations leverage their online presence and build their business with the help of online platforms.

As a digital marketing strategist and consultant, he helps create the blueprint of online success for small to medium enterprises. As CEO of his digital marketing agency, Ben sets the direction, provides objectives and feedback for individual members of his team.

Carlo Gonzales
Digital Marketing Production Manager
As a digital marketing consultant and production manager, Carlo works with dozens of clients with their Digital marketing campaigns. He specializes in the tutorship and coaching of small business owners who seek to bring their local businesses online.
Outside of work, he occasionally trains for triathlon races, gets into shape for cosplay events and runs Dungeons and Dragons games for his friends online.
Onil Tolentino
Lead Developer
As the company’s lead developer, Onil handles all the development projects and communications of Francia Digital Marketing. He manages his team of web developers and SEO specialists and facilitates the creation, management and maintenance of websites, marketing automation tools and other web-related technologies.
On the weekends and after work, he is an avid basketball fan and talented player. He also occasionally plays online video games.
Richard Rivera
Admin Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant at Francia Internet Marketing, Richard mostly contributes to Bookkeeping and other admin work. He makes sure that the internal system of Francia Digital is always running smoothly so that the rest of the team can focus on their tasks and duties. It can be a challenging task sometimes, but according to him, he learns so much about his work and thinks it to be a wonderful journey.
After work, he binges on KDramas and Netflix series, plays mobile video games and browses his feeds on social media.
